Mind Your Story 1-on-1 Coaching Application

What this coaching program is not:

Here, you won’t just learn techniques to create or tell your story. You’ll dive deeper into how to unlock your unique creative voice and bring your personal experiences into your work, whether you’re writing, filming, photographing, or creating in other forms.

I won’t give you generic advice or a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, you’ll uncover what’s already inside you and learn how to channel it effectively through the medium of your choice.

You won’t receive a cookie-cutter framework, but you will get personal feedback, actionable steps, and a chance to work through mental barriers that have been holding you back from fully expressing yourself.

This is not just about creative technique; it’s a holistic approach to developing your creative mindset. You’ll learn how to be present, self-aware, and intentional with your creativity. This coaching will also influence how you engage in relationships, handle work stress, and feel about yourself.

Who is it for ?

• You often hit creative blocks, and you’re tired of feeling stuck or uninspired.

• You find it hard to focus and stay on track with one creative project at a time (if you're an ADHD person, this is not for you).

• You’ve tried to follow what others are doing, but something still feels off and doesn’t resonate with you.

• You want to create but often feel anxiety, stress, or self-doubt around your creative process.

• You’re ready to work with what you already have and start creating more purposefully, not just with the latest gear or trends.

What is needed from you ?

Commitment to growth: You must be open to exploring your creative self, including both the struggles and the breakthroughs.

Willingness to learn: You don’t need fancy tools to get started. We will focus on using what you already have—both in terms of your creative equipment and your inherent skills.

A mindful approach: Creativity flourishes when we approach it with care and respect. Whether it’s your creative process, the people around you, or your environment, mindfulness is key. I encourage you to stay present and avoid forcing anything that doesn’t feel authentic.

My coaching philosophy

I believe in meeting yourself where you are, embracing the messy journey, and honoring the process. There is no “perfect time” to create. Just start where you are and let things evolve.

How this works ?

Personalized Approach: Through a combination of guided coaching, practical steps, and open discussions, we will tailor the experience to your specific creative blocks and challenges.

Feedback Loop: You’ll get feedback on your progress and reflect on your creative journey. The goal is not just to learn, but to feel the growth and embrace your uniqueness.

Boundaries and Balance: We’ll explore ways to maintain a healthy balance between creativity and well-being, ensuring that your creative practice is sustainable and doesn’t lead to burnout.
